  Casa Milá – the most vanguard from all works of Antoni Gaudi. Barcelona has the greatest number of Art Nouveau style buildings comparing with any other city in the world. 

  Palau Nacional - placed on Montjuïc hill, it towers over the boulevard with fountains, built in 1929 when took place the International Exhibition. 

  Palau Nacional houses the”Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya” and its  outstanding collection of mediaeval art and numerous romantic frescos.

  Castle Montjuïc is a massive fortress placed in the top of the hill Montjuïc. It offers a panoramic view on the city, on the port unlike with the ultra modern sport hall built for the 1992 Olympic Games. 

  Sagrada Familia – the unfinished work of Gaudi, dominates the streets of Eixample district. As all the Gaudi works, it has mosaics with a multitude of colors and shapes and illustrates themes inspired from nature.

  Barcelona Cathedral is a magnificent building of XIVth century raised in the center of Gothic District.

  “Parc de la Ciutadella”, placed between the Old Town and “Villa Olimpica” is a wonderful relaxation place with its gardens, the lake with boats, the Zoo and its two museums.

  La Rambla is the most famous street of Spain, crowded all the time, no matter day or night.

  If you walk on this street to up to the sea wall you can admire the buildings locking like palaces, the stores, the cafés, the street vendors and this is the most appropriate way to get familiar with Barcelona life.

  Barcelona has one of the most interesting and divers artistic offer of Europe. A large variety of entertainments are available for the willing ones, starting with Liceu Opera with its golden ornaments and spectacular modern masterpiece – Palau de la Música to small independent theatres where they play Spanish dramas and comedies. 

  There a lot to of thinks to see simply by walking on the street. 

  The street shows vary from the human statues to excellent classic music, ragtime and jazz recitals. All the year long, there are also many artistic weekends that attract here people from all over the world.
